Participants hailing from Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, and union territories such as Delhi, and Jammu and Kashmir will deliberate on topics like resource management, AI's role in legislatures, and constitutional amendments concerning disqualification. The two-day conference aims to foster best practices amid evolving governance landscapes.

The event will feature notable figures, including Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu and Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairperson Harivansh. Himachal Pradesh Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla is designated to conclude the sessions with his address on Tuesday.
