Speaking at a training event for senior officers, Meghwal emphasized the need for a deep constitutional sense in public service.
The training program is part of dedicated efforts to bolster the capacity of senior Indian Legal Service officers, especially those newly appointed or about to assume higher roles. Meghwal pointed to historical instances like the Emergency of 1975 to illustrate the necessity of heartfelt decision-making in public office.
