The policy, which was communicated via a circular to Supreme Court employees, will be effective from June 23, 2025. It outlines distinct quotas: a 15 percent allocation for SC employees and 7.5 percent for ST employees in promotions.
The key beneficiaries of this policy include registrars, senior personal assistants, assistant librarians, junior court assistants, and chamber attendants, ensuring that inclusion is pivotal in the court's operations.
