The Udaipur District Superintendent of Police, Yogesh Goyal, confirmed the chargesheet filing on Wednesday, underscoring efforts to ensure a swift judicial process. He emphasized the police department's dedication to seeing the case through to a prompt trial and resolution.
The alleged incident was reported on June 23 by the victim at the Badgaon police station, leading to the arrest of Pushpraj Ojha, also known as Siddharth. Following interrogation, Ojha was brought before the court and placed in judicial custody, while the legal proceedings continue to unfold.
