Delhi Court Acquits Accused and Initiates Perjury Action Against False Complainant

Despite being arrested for rape and related charges, the accused was found innocent due to lack of technical or scientific evidence against him.

Judge Agrawal has requested the Delhi Police commissioner investigate the matter to uphold justice and address any misuse of power by the authorities involved.
