Maharashtra minister Sanjay Shirsat has reported a security breach at his residence, involving a man with a criminal history.
The incident, which occurred between 10:30pm and 11pm on Link Road, involved the man trying to forcibly enter the minister's home before engaging in a confrontation with police officers who intercepted him.
While addressing media at a press conference, Shirsat disclosed that the man's intentions were suspicious, originating from Samta Nagar. Nevertheless, the minister refrained from making additional comments until the police conclude their investigation. Satara police station officials were unavailable for immediate comment on the matter.
