Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has honored Loknayak Jayaprakash Narayan by inaugurating a 100-bed health facility in Sitab Diara, addressing a long-pending request made by Narayan himself. The chief minister highlighted previous governments' failures to meet Narayan's wishes despite often using his name.

During the ceremonies, a statue of Jayaprakash Narayan was unveiled, drawing attention to Narayan's pivotal role in reviving India's democracy during trying times. Adityanath spoke of Narayan's dedication to the nation, emphasizing his deep roots and enduring connection to his birthplace, Sitab Diara.

Adityanath also noted significant improvements in Uttar Pradesh's law and order, mentioning the expansion of the police force's training capabilities from just 3,000 personnel in the past to more than 60,000 today. This change underscores the state's transformation from a riot-prone region to a benchmark of order and governance.
