Cambodia Accuses Thailand of Using Cluster Munitions

Cambodia's government accused Thailand's military on Friday of deploying cluster munitions in violation of humanitarian standards.

The Cambodian Mine Action and Victim Assistance Authority's claim is based on a military field report alleging two uses of such munitions within 90 minutes in Preah Vihear, threatening local communities.

Thailand's foreign ministry has not yet offered a comment on these serious allegations.
