A Delhi court, on Monday, charged AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan and several others in connection with a case involving recruitment irregularities at the Delhi Waqf Board.

Special Judge Dig Vinay Singh formally framed the charges against Khan following allegations outlined in a First Information Report (FIR).

According to the FIR, Khan, in his role as chairman of the Delhi Waqf Board, is accused of violating norms and government guidelines by illegally recruiting 32 individuals. A detailed order from the court is yet to be released.
