A Delhi court is poised to deliver its decision regarding the Enforcement Directorate's chargesheet in the high-profile National Herald case on Tuesday. The case implicates Congress leaders Sonia and Rahul Gandhi in a conspiracy involving money laundering and property fraud.

Special Judge Vishal Gogne initially reserved his judgment following meticulous hearings that scrutinized the aspect of cognisance. These hearings included submissions from both the ED and the accused, conducted daily since July 2.

The ED claims the Gandhi family, alongside late party leaders Motilal Vora and Oscar Fernandes, as well as Suman Dubey and Sam Pitroda, orchestrated a fraudulent takeover of Rs 2,000 crore worth of properties. These assets allegedly belonged to Associated Journals Limited, which publishes the National Herald newspaper.
