Deadly Vigilante Justice: Autorickshaw Theft Ends in Tragedy

In RK Puram, Delhi, two autorickshaw drivers have been arrested in connection with the fatal beating of a man found with a stolen vehicle, police reported on Monday.
The suspects, Sushil Kumar and Amit, were apprehended recently, weeks after the incident where they allegedly assaulted the victim, leaving him unconscious. This followed the theft of an autorickshaw on May 30, with its identification shared among drivers.
On June 1, driver Manjeet Chawla recognized the stolen autorickshaw near Sarojini Nagar. While Raj Kumar, the victim, was at the wheel. Authorities state that Kumar was subsequently beaten by Sushil, Amit, and others, ultimately leading to his death on June 2. The case involved multiple arrests, including the capture of Sushil and Amit on July 24.
