The suspected mastermind of the Pahalgam terror attack, identified as Suleman alias Asif, was neutralized in a military operation by elite Army para commandos. The encounter occurred on the outskirts of Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, as part of the targeted "Operation Mahadev." The operation brought closure to families of victims who perished in the attack.
On April 22, the serene tourist locale of Baisaran in Pahalgam, often referred to as 'Mini Switzerland,' was transformed into a scene of brutality as a terrorist attack claimed 26 lives, predominantly tourists. Among the victims was Sushil Nathaniel, a Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) manager from Indore, whose family's grief continues to linger.
Vikas Kumrawat, Nathaniel's younger brother, voiced satisfaction at the elimination of the attack's mastermind, crediting the government and Army for their swift action. Despite their solace, the Kumrawat family struggles with the void left by Nathaniel's untimely demise.
