Closure in Kashmir: Indian Forces Neutralize April Attackers
Indian forces have neutralized three terrorists responsible for the attack on Hindu tourists in Jammu and Kashmir. The assault led to a severe military standoff with Pakistan. The incident, denied by Pakistan, marked the deadliest civilian attack in India since the 2008 Mumbai attacks.

Indian forces have successfully neutralized three terrorists involved in the deadly April attack on Hindu tourists in Jammu and Kashmir, where 26 were killed, escalating military tensions with Pakistan, according to Home Minister Amit Shah.
The assailants, identified by New Delhi as Pakistani nationals with Islamabad's backing, targeted a valley frequented by tourists in the picturesque Pahalgam region of Kashmir before escaping into nearby forests. Pakistan, however, denied any role in the attack and called for an independent inquiry into the events. This incident is regarded as the most severe assault on civilians within India since the infamous 2008 Mumbai attacks.
The four-day hostilities between India and Pakistan, both nuclear-armed countries, marked their most significant military confrontation in decades.
