The Director General of Police (DGP) for Jammu and Kashmir, Nalin Prabhat, announced on Tuesday the elimination of terrorists one by one through ongoing operations across the region.
Prabhat, while addressing reporters, stated that these terrorist groups have been operating in the area for the past four years and are now being targeted systematically. He refrained from divulging the exact number of active terrorists, citing security protocols.
He avoided commenting on 'Operation Mahadev,' but hailed the Army's successful operation against Sulieman alias Asif, believed to be behind the Pahalgam attack, marking a significant breakthrough in counter-terrorism efforts.
