The Supreme Court announced the formation of a special bench to expedite hearings on old Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cases and criminal appeals.
This newly formed bench, consisting of Justice K Vinod Chandran and Justice NV Anjaria, will convene every Monday and Friday, starting from August 1, at 2 PM.
Participants, including lawyers and in-person parties, are encouraged to contribute to a seamless process by avoiding adjournment requests.
