Terror Nexus: Arrest and Arms Seizure in Jammu and Kashmir

In a significant security operation, an Over Ground Worker (OGW) linked to terrorist activities was apprehended in Jammu and Kashmir. The arrest led to the seizure of three pistols and ammunition believed to be smuggled across the border.
The incident unfolded when police stopped a Srinagar-bound private car at TCP Nagrota, suspecting illegal activity. The vehicle was found to carry pistols of varying makes, including Chinese and Turkish.
The driver, identified as Azan Hamid from Srinagar, is under interrogation for his ties to terror networks. Meanwhile, a search operation is underway in Kathua district's Rajbagh sector, after reports of suspicious movement were received. Authorities anticipate further arrests and seizures as the investigation progresses.
