Two men have been apprehended following a road rage episode in central Delhi's Ajmeri Gate, where gunfire was reportedly involved, authorities disclosed on Thursday.
On July 25, the dramatic event unfolded near Mohalla Nihariyan Chowk. The couple riding a motorcycle was reportedly intercepted by two individuals on a scooter, prompting an argument after the wife questioned their overtaking manners.
The altercation escalated when a passenger drew a pistol and fired shots before fleeing. Following swift investigations using CCTV and local tips, suspects Md Amaan alias Tota and Noman were arrested. Police recovered a pistol, a used cartridge, and a bullet head, while suspect backgrounds and weapon origins are under scrutiny.
