In a significant development in the 2008 Malegaon blast case, an Indore-based businessman has expressed relief and welcomed the acquittal of seven accused individuals following a lengthy legal battle.
Businessman Shyam Sahu, who was initially arrested in connection with the case, has accused the Congress party of orchestrating a conspiracy to defame the Hindu community. He claims that terms like 'Hindu terrorism' and 'saffron terrorism' were coined by the party to appease certain sections of society.
Following the acquittal in a Mumbai special court, Sahu recounted his personal struggles, including the tragic loss of his brother during his judicial custody. Sahu demands an apology from Congress, maintaining that it owes an explanation for its alleged actions.
