In a move that captured public attention, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu chose to ride in an autorickshaw to a welfare event.

The visit was part of the 'NTR Bharosa' initiative, a pension distribution programme aimed at supporting vulnerable societal groups, including the elderly and disabled, in Gudem Cheruvu, Kadapa.

Naidu, who took the unusual mode of transport from the helipad to the event venue, later paid the fare in cash and extended his blessings to the autorickshaw driver, all while engaging warmly with the public.
