Dramatic Shooting Outside Nizamuddin Shop: Tenant Dispute Turns Violent
A shop owner in southeast Delhi sustained a bullet injury after allegedly being shot at by former tenant Ehsaan and his associates. The incident, related to a tenancy dispute, occurred outside the victim's shop, Qibla Perfumes. Police have identified the suspects and are conducting raids to apprehend them.

A violent altercation erupted in southeast Delhi's Nizamuddin area when a shop owner was shot following a dispute with a former tenant. The incident left the owner, Furkan, with a leg injury.
Police reported the shooting took place outside Qibla Perfumes around 10 pm on Friday. The confrontation began after Ehsaan, the former tenant, arrived with associates and clashed with Furkan's brother, Waseem.
Furkan was rushed to AIIMS Trauma Centre for treatment. Authorities have launched a manhunt for the accused, as they believe the shooting stemmed from a recent rental disagreement.
