Duo Nabbed in Central Delhi Wine Shop Heist

Delhi Police have apprehended two individuals for their alleged involvement in a significant burglary at a Patel Nagar wine shop, resulting in the theft of approximately Rs 6.5 lakh. The accused, identified as Ravi alias Ganja, 28, and Arun alias Chobha, 23, both with criminal histories, reside in Tilak Nagar, West Delhi.
The incident occurred during the night of July 30 to 31, as reported by the shop manager, leading to an official case with the Patel Nagar Police. Investigations employed CCTV footage analysis, which revealed two masked men near the scene. Subsequent monitoring identified one as Ravi, prompting the arrest of both individuals.
Authorities successfully recovered Rs 4.81 lakh of the stolen cash. Their apprehension has also helped solve four outstanding burglary and theft cases, complementing the ongoing efforts to combat crime in the region.
