Empowering Citizens: 15,782 Grievances Resolved in Two Years
The Ministry of Women and Child Development has resolved over 15,700 grievances through CPGRAMS in two years. From August 2023 to July 2025, the ministry received 15,761 grievances, carried forward 414, and resolved 15,782. The Women Helpline assisted over 1.06 crore women since April 2015.

In the past two years, the Ministry of Women and Child Development has effectively resolved more than 15,700 public grievances via the Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS), as disclosed by the Ministry.
During the period from August 1, 2023, to July 31, 2025, the ministry attended to 15,761 new grievances, addressed 414 pending cases from earlier, and accomplished the resolution of 15,782 grievances, based on the information provided by Minister of State for Women and Child Development, Savitri Thakur.
The 24x7 online platform CPGRAMS, under the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances, allows citizens to register complaints about public service efficiency across various government sectors. Moreover, Minister Thakur revealed that the Women Helpline has offered aid to over 1.06 crore women across India since launching in April 2015.
