In a tragic case from Rampurkhedi village, two brothers named Kapil and Sachin have been arrested following the suicide of their 16-year-old sister. Officials report the siblings face charges of abetment of suicide and destruction of evidence.
The incident reportedly transpired after the young girl took her own life on August 12 following being scolded by her brothers. Subsequently, they allegedly attempted to conceal the event by disposing of her body in a nearby jungle.
The police were misled with a false report of her being missing. However, the truth emerged, leading to the recovery of the body, which has since been sent for post-mortem examination.
