Singh appealed to the public to actively participate by reporting drug-related activities via the national helpline, stressing the national significance of the drug problem and asserting that strict actions will follow on any complaints received.

To further strengthen the engagement, Singh introduced a podcast series to bridge the gap between the police operations and public awareness, featuring unfiltered stories from ground operations in the fight against narcotics.
