Crime Bust: Jharkhand Police Arrest Notorious Gang
In a significant operation, Jharkhand police arrested four armed criminals in Palamu district. Recovered items included firearms, cartridges, motorcycles, and cash. In a significant breakthrough on crime prevention, the Jharkhand police have arrested four armed criminals in the Palamu district. The arrests occurred on Monday night in the Pokhrah area under the jurisdiction of Sadar police station.
The police recovered an array of items from the suspects, including two pistols—one being Australian-made—50 live cartridges, four mobile phones, three motorcycles, and Rs 22,000 in cash.
According to Additional Superintendent of Police Rakesh Singh, the apprehended criminals were affiliated with the Rahul Singh gang from Latehar district, which supplied them with the weapons. Those arrested have been identified as Sahzad Alam, Rohit Kumar, Farhan Qureshi, and Sahil Kumar.
