In a recent development, senior government official Chandraker Bharti visited Chisoti village in Kishtwar, Jammu and Kashmir, which was severely impacted by a cloudburst. The visit aimed to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the ground reality, engaging with villagers and coordinating with rescue personnel and civil administration teams.
Under the directives of Lt Governor Manoj Sinha, Bharti was joined by 10 IAS and IPS officials, mobilized to supervise the rescue and relief operations slated for the forthcoming week. Their mission is to oversee swift and efficient efforts to support the affected community.
