Tuleshwar Yadav, the accused, has been reported missing after allegations were made and a formal case was registered under the POCSO Act at the Medininagar Mahila Thana. The victim, a class 10 student, had been attending the accused's coaching sessions for several months.

Officer-in-charge Rupa Bakhla stated that the suspect allegedly subjected the girl to repeated sexual assaults, leading her to disclose the trauma to her family. Law enforcement has initiated a manhunt to apprehend Yadav, while a medical examination of the victim has been conducted at Medinirai Medical College and Hospital.
