The Delhi Police have successfully apprehended two individuals, Jaswant Singh and Ankit Yadav, allegedly involved in an attempt to murder case linked to the notorious Saddam Gori gang. The arrests took place in the Dwarka area, following their suspected involvement in a violent incident in west Delhi's Ranhola region.

Authorities reported that on August 17, the duo, along with an accomplice named Nishant Yadav, opened fire on Azad Alam, who sustained injuries to his shoulder and palm. The shooting is believed to be a consequence of a gang rivalry, following the arson of a motorcycle.

While Nishant Yadav was immediately captured by local residents at the crime scene, Singh and Ankit managed to escape. However, police later apprehended them after receiving a tip-off. Singh is known for his criminal past, including multiple cases of firing and attempts to murder, while Yadav allegedly facilitated logistics and arms for the gang.
