In a shocking turn of events, a man has been arrested in Delhi's Shahbad Dairy area for allegedly murdering his wife. The incident surfaced on August 10 when a distress call was made to the Shahbad Dairy Police Station, reporting the death of a woman near Hanuman Mandir.
Police identified the victim as Nisha, 25, wife of Munna, 30, who was found unconscious without visible injuries. Her husband was missing from the scene, and their five-month-old son was present, according to Deputy Commissioner of Police (Outernorth) Hareshwar Swami.
Investigations revealed that Munna allegedly strangled Nisha. The body underwent a post-mortem, with findings suggesting death by neck grabbing leading to vagal stimulation. Munna Bansal, with no criminal history, was arrested, and police continue to investigate this tragic incident.
