Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has called for a 'strong reaction' from the United States should Russian President Vladimir Putin refuse a face-to-face meeting.
In remarks made to journalists in Kyiv on Wednesday, Zelenskiy voiced uncertainty about the territorial compromises Moscow might consider.
