Andhra Pradesh's Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is set for a crucial trip to New Delhi, aiming to secure financial support for state development projects. Scheduled to depart on Thursday evening, Naidu's agenda includes a key meeting with Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on August 22.

During the meeting, the distribution of central funds under initiatives such as the Special Assistance to States for Capital Investment (SASCI) and the Purvodaya scheme will be high on the agenda. These efforts are aimed at bolstering Andhra Pradesh's development and ensuring its financial needs are addressed.

Additionally, Naidu will engage with other leaders at a forum on Friday, before returning to Andhra Pradesh later that night. His visit highlights the strategic effort to strengthen the region's economic standing through targeted investments and collaborations.
