Andhra Pradesh's Vision for Growth: From Circular Economy to Quantum Leap

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has called for an ambitious growth target of 15%, prioritizing employment generation and law enforcement improvements. Naidu addressed district collectors, stressing the importance of placing the right individuals in key roles to meet governmental aims.

Underlining the significance of cleanliness and sustainability, the state will further the 'SwachAndhra' initiative, aiming for visible waste-free areas. The clearing of 85.90 lakh metric tonnes of legacy waste by 2025 is a focal effort in environmental sustainability, alongside developing circular economy parks.

In technology aspirations, Andhra Pradesh aims to become a global quantum computing leader with IBM's establishment of quantum computers in Amaravati and fostering local startups. This aligns with broader data and disaster management enhancements, supported by new RTGS systems and satellite-driven safety measures.
