According to Senior Superintendent of Police Vipin Tada, the incident led to five injuries, with the wounded now in stable condition at a local hospital. Police have arrested eight suspects in connection with the altercation.
Authorities have deployed additional police to ensure peace and are conducting a detailed investigation. Superintendent of Police Rakesh Kumar Mishra confirmed that while tension remains, the situation is presently calm.
