Tragic Turn at Allenby Crossing: Fatal Shooting Sparks Security Concerns
Two Israelis were killed in a suspected terror attack at Allenby Crossing, the primary access point for Palestinians between the West Bank and Jordan. The attacker, traveling in a humanitarian aid truck from Jordan, was killed by Israeli security forces. The incident has heightened tensions in the region.

Two Israelis lost their lives on Thursday in what the Israeli military has characterized as a 'terror attack' at the Allenby Crossing, a critical passageway for Palestinians from the West Bank to Jordan.
The men succumbed to their injuries, according to Israel's ambulance service, while security forces neutralized the shooter on site. The military identified the attacker as a 'terrorist' who arrived in a truck carrying humanitarian aid and opened fire.
Jordan's government spokesperson stated that authorities are closely monitoring the situation. While no group has claimed responsibility, the region has a history of such incidents. Earlier, Hamas was behind a shooting in Jerusalem, further fueling regional tensions.
