An incident involving unidentified gunmen opening fire on a police patrol occurred in Jharkhand's Ranchi district, leaving a constable injured, according to police reports on Monday.
The attack took place at around 11.30 pm on Sunday in the Purvi Rai area, within the jurisdiction of Khelari police station.
Officer Jaideep Toppo stated that Constable Ram Sarik has been hospitalized and is receiving treatment, while six individuals have been detained for interrogation in connection with the case.
