Russian Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev has arrived in North Korea for discussions on the burgeoning cooperative relationship between the two nations. Ministry spokeswoman Irina Volk announced the visit on Tuesday, noting that law enforcement collaboration will be a key focus, as reported on Telegram.
