The land, located in the SK Bagh area of Budgam, is owned by Tafazul Hussain Parimoo, a resident of Nowgam's Sheikh-ul-Alam Colony. Parimoo has been held in NIA custody as he is implicated in a grave case involving the UA(P) Act, Arms Act, and Explosive Substances Act.
The attachment of this property marks a crucial move in the ongoing investigation, reflecting the agency's commitment to addressing terror-related activities in the region.
