The Mumbai Police have successfully arrested 367 fugitives in a comprehensive enforcement drive conducted from January to March this year, police officials announced on Thursday.

This significant crackdown, ordered by Police Commissioner Deven Bharti, revealed that among those arrested, 18 individuals had been evading law enforcement for over 20 years, while 302 had been at large for a minimum of five years.

The operation necessitated coordination between various police stations and employing crime-mapping tools and network tracking to apprehend absconders using false identities in states outside Maharashtra.
