Rajasthan Governor Champions Education and Public Service at Convocation

Addressing a convocation ceremony, Rajasthan Governor Haribhau Bagde stressed that education is not concluded with graduation but marks the beginning of a new chapter of service. He urged graduates of Sardar Patel Police, Security and Criminal Justice University to employ their knowledge for societal benefit and uphold justice.

Bagde highlighted that modern policing faces challenges such as cybercrime, terrorism, and social imbalance, requiring a commitment to public service. He advocated for the police to build positive relationships with citizens, emphasizing that public trust is their greatest asset.

In today's digital age, proficiency in information technology and cybersecurity is crucial, Bagde noted, while also maintaining core human values. He emphasized the knowledge acquired should be translated into practical service, guided by truth and morality, to maintain law and order effectively.
