Yogi Adityanath's Directive: Addressing Public Grievances with Sensitivity

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has issued a strong directive to officials, insisting on the sensitive handling of public grievances. Speaking at the Janata Darshan, he encountered citizens and carefully considered their complaints.

Emphasizing the importance of prompt resolution, especially in revenue and police matters, Adityanath declared that negligence would not be tolerated. He instructed that issues should be addressed within a set timeframe and effectively communicated to those affected.

The Chief Minister also offered advice to attendees, suggesting they first engage with relevant district officials to mitigate undue difficulties brought about by the intense heat, and he reminded everyone to prioritize health during summer.
