Arvind Kejriwal, leader of the Aam Aadmi Party, has announced he will not engage in proceedings in the excise case before Delhi High Court Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma. In a letter, Kejriwal expressed unresolved concerns about impartiality and a miscarriage of justice.
Kejriwal, in his communication, emphasized the principle that justice should not only be done but also seen to be done, highlighting a perceived bias. He intends to approach the Supreme Court, iterating his decision respects judicial processes, not driven by ego or disrespect.
