In a shocking incident in Rajasthan's Bharatpur district, a man reportedly shot his wife during a family wedding function before taking his own life. The incident unfolded at the woman's parental home, leaving the community in disbelief.
The accused, identified as Raghavendra, a 31-year-old Agra resident, fatally shot himself after critically injuring his 28-year-old wife, Radhika. The tragic event occurred when Radhika traveled to her hometown to attend a cousin's pre-wedding ceremony.
The couple, married for four years and parents to a young son, had an argument before the shooting in a locked room. With Radhika in critical condition, she has been transferred to Jaipur for advanced medical care. Police continue to investigate the motive behind the tragic act.
