Sikkim stands as a testament to this revolution, becoming the first state judiciary in the nation to go entirely paperless. This advancement symbolizes the dismantling of physical barriers, allowing court proceedings and legal assistance to be more immediate and less cumbersome.

The Chief Justice highlighted tools like the National Judicial Data Grid and AI-driven systems such as SUPACE, signaling a future where legal efficiency is greatly enhanced. However, he noted the ongoing need for standardization and expansion of digital services to ensure equitable access across India.
