Omar Abdullah Urges Revamp in Government Operations

Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah initiated a thorough review of various departmental operations, emphasizing the necessity for enhanced inter-departmental coordination at a recent meeting with administrative secretaries.

As the Civil Secretariat reopened under the 'Darbar Move', Abdullah inspected the facilities, focusing on ministers' chambers, officers' rooms, and the public waiting area while interacting with staff and citizens.

He highlighted the importance of timely project execution and effective implementation of directives. Abdullah also directed the Estates Department to ensure adequate residential arrangements for employees and facilitate smooth office operations.
