Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has pledged decisive action over the 2022 police recruitment exam paper leak case, amidst allegations of corruption and procedural lapses by top officials, including IPS officers.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) recommended strict penalties against four officers, pointing to failures in safeguarding sensitive documents and breaching security protocols.
Despite political pressure and the opposition BJP's criticisms, Sukhu's administration has initiated a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to address the issue, promising accountability and reinforcing his commitment to battling corruption.
