An FIR has been filed against BJP MLA Jaideep Bihani in Sriganganagar, Rajasthan, regarding an alleged assault on an assistant engineer.
The complaint was lodged by RUIDP Assistant Engineer Jaganlal Bairwa accusing Bihani and his supporters of the assault, which reportedly occurred at a meeting on April 30.
The FIR includes charges such as assault, obstruction of a public servant, and SC/ST Act violations. Bihani and his cohorts allegedly threatened Bairwa earlier this month during an official meeting.
