The deceased have been identified as Uttam Kumar (45), his wife Urmila (40), and their children Nishant (8), Disha (6), and Anayra (4). All were residents of Dhameda Kirat village. Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Dinesh Kumar Singh, who reached the spot along with other officers, said the impact was so severe that the front portion of the motorcycle was destroyed. ''The victims were immediately rushed to a hospital, where doctors declared them dead. The bodies have been sent for post-mortem examination,'' the SSP said. According to the police, the truck's number plate, registered in Haryana, was recovered from the accident site. Following this, a massive search operation has been launched to track down the offending vehicle and its driver. ''We are tracking the vehicle using the recovered number plate. The accused will be arrested soon,'' Singh added.
