During questioning, he told the officials that he had left his home in Etawah without informing his family. The child was counselled and later handed over to the Railway Protection Force (RPF) in Alwar for further action. In a separate incident on the same train, a man posing as a fake TTE was caught allegedly collecting money from passengers without issuing receipts. He was apprehended by railway staff and handed over to the RPF, they added.
