Guangzhou Opens Global Applications for Elite Arbitration Panel

The Guangzhou Arbitration Commission (GZAC) has unveiled its global call for applications, aiming to recruit skilled professionals for its arbitrator panel with a focus on cross-border alternative dispute resolution (ADR). This initiative seeks individuals boasting experience in legal and commercial sectors, most notably those with proficiency in handling international trade and commerce disputes.

Applications, accepted online until June 15, 2026, are especially open to those with multi-jurisdictional qualifications and expertise in various languages, including English, French, and Spanish. This move aligns with the GZAC's commitment to broadening its arbitration reach and reinforcing its standing in global dispute resolution arenas.

Newly introduced regulations facilitate the commission's aim to offer competitive remuneration to overseas arbitrators, fostering a rich pool of talent from across the globe.
