Security Forces Enhance Vigilance with Massive Search Operation in Poonch

Security forces have intensified operations in Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch district after thwarting an infiltration attempt in Mankote. On Saturday, officials announced a widespread search targeting suspected militants in the area.

The operation, involving Army and police teams, encompasses over five localities following the elimination of an intruder in the Krishna Ghati sector along the Line of Control (LoC). To enhance security, authorities have implemented additional checkpoints and rigorous vehicle inspections.

There are unofficial reports suggesting the involvement of a high-profile foreign terrorist in the valley, although no official confirmation has been provided yet.
